REGISTRATION PACKAGES

HOW TO REGISTER, INDICATE YOUR HOTEL PREFERENCES, AND CHOOSE YOUR ROOMMATES

Please note: VASCON will be submitting the hotel reservations on your behalf to the Georgetown University Marriott Conference Hotel and will be matching you with your preferred roommates to best of our ability. Contact our Registration Director, John Ting at vascon.reg@gmail.com if you have further questions about registration, travel, and hotel accommodations.

Special hotel rates for VASCON are $139/night for a single or double room.

1. Clck here to Register. Select the type of conference pass you want to purchase (see above).
   
   
2. Next, fill out all required fields in the “Personal Information” page. Click “Continue”.
   
   
3. You will then be taken to the “Lodging and Travel” page. Here you will BOOK YOUR ROOM. All accommodations are at the Georgetown Marriott Conference and Hotel.

   a. Under “Lodging Information”, enter your check-in and check-out date.

   b. Select your “Primary Lodging Preference”. Choose from:

   • Single
     
   • Double

   c. Next, select your “Bed Preference”. Choose from:

   • No preference
   • King
     
   • Two Double
     
   • Queen

   d. Next, select your “Smoking Preference”. Choose from:

   • No preference
     
   • Smoking
     
   • Non-smoking

   e. Next, select your roommates.

   • Under “Sharing with:” enter the names of the persons you want to room with.
   • Under “Adjoining with” enter the names of the person you want to be in close proximity to, but NOT in the same room.

   Note: VASCON will match you up with your preferred roommate to the best of our ability.

4. You will now be taken to the “Payment and Verification” page. Here you will choose between “Cash” or “Online Checks (US Banks Only). NOTE: ONLY VISA AND MASTERCARD ACCEPTED
